General Questions
Screen Printing & Embroidery:
Most orders can be finished within 5 - 7 days, but in general estimate two weeks to be safe. More complex orders with a lot of custom graphics work may take a little longer.
Buttons:
4 - 7 days for standard pin-backed buttons
5 - 10 days for other styles since we don't always keep a large stock of the more unusual styles on hand and might have to get some from the manufacturer.

I require at least 50% up front on custom orders.
Local delivery / pickup: The remaining balance is due at delivery/pickup time.
Shipments: The order will not be shipped until I receive your final payment.
Let's talk about it and see what's possible. Crazy projects are fun.
That's not really a question is it?
Screen Printing
T-Shirts / Apparel / Textiles: 6 Ink Colors
The rotary apparel printing press can accommodate up to 6 colors per print location.
Some items, such as can koozies, work best with only one or two colors due to the nature of the materials.
Posters / Other non-textiles: Unlimited Ink Colors
Paper goods and other rigid substrates are printed with a slightly different system and don't have to have all the screens setup at the same time. Adding a bunch of extra colors does increase the cost significantly though.
The same amount of time and supplies go into setting up a job and cleaning up afterward whether the order is for 1 shirt or 100 shirts. Also, the blank shirt suppliers generally offer price breaks on large volume orders, and I pass along those savings.
Most likely "No."
There are a few exceptions, but generally customers don't come out ahead to supply their own shirts. Crazed Lemming Productions uses quality shirts designed specifically for the custom imprinting industy, and then sells the finished, printed product at a price that most stores would charge just for blank shirts of the same quality.
On the rare occasion that the customer supplies the shirts to be screen printed, the garments need to be unworn and unwashed.
Unfortunately, at this time I do not have the specialized equipment to print over an entire shirt.
Normal
Up to 12" x 14"
Oversized (much higher setup costs)
Shirts: Up to 15" x 20"
Posters: Up to 18" x 26"
Depending on the project, the numbers can be fudged a little.
Maybe. I'm not completely setup for it, but depending on the project something can possibly be arranged.
Custom names and numbering are coming soon! This equipment is a very high priority on the list of "Stuff The Workshop Needs".
Setup is everything that has to be done to get ready to print your job. It doesn't matter if you order 1 shirt or 100, these steps all have to happen for each different color in your print.
- Art is prepared and output to positive films
- Screens are cleaned, dried, coated with UV-reactive emulsion, and dried again
- The art is burned to the screens, washed out, and dried again
- Screen edges are taped to keep ink out of impossible to clean places
- Any tiny pin holes or other flaws in the stencil are carefully fixed
- Inks are mixed and applied to each screen

We might be able to work out a special deal, but what you have is 4 separate jobs, and each job eats additional time and resources.
